My wife, Emily, and I were newlyweds when we moved to San Clemente from the San Francisco Bay area to start our practice in late 1984. Each of us had lived in San Clemente in the past and we knew that was were we wanted to settle and raise a family (and of course, surf!)

The city was still pretty small back then and we were afraid there might not be enough patients to support another chiropractor in town, but the response was great. The community was very welcoming and within a few months the practice was off and running.

Helping Sports Injuries, Auto Injuries, & Seniors With Chiropractic

In addition to sports injuries and auto accidents, I had a special interest in treating the seniors in the community. My mother was living in a board and care facility in San Clemente and I loved getting to know the other residents, who were always ready to pass on “pearls of wisdom!” In addition to needing special, low force adjustments, I found many seniors respond especially well to the gentle traction we offer.

As time went on we saw pretty much every type of injury, and all ages. Now we treat children patients who were babies when we opened out practice. Our own children were adjusted from infancy. At their current ages of 17-26 I can honestly say they are “well adjusted” individuals!
